Its Two Things - but what is it?

Well we are still puzzling over this one, Old Spice brings us a good looking dude - well the top half, stuck on a horses body - in the bathroom, flexing, whistling, and giving a little witty repartee. I'd give it 6 out of 10 for strangeness..
